Billy Saccomanno

William (Billy) Saccomanno has been a marching band and winter guard adjudicator for over 12 years, resides in Newark, Delaware and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Secondary Education from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa. 

Most recently, Mr. Saccomanno joined the ranks of Winter Guard International as a Movement Adjudicator, as well as the Atlantic Indoor Association.  For the past several years, Mr. Saccomanno has served as a caption facilitator for the Tournament of Bands where he facilitates training clinics and mentors local judges for the National Judges Association. Moreover, he has been traveling the country for the past several years serving as a guest judge for local marching band and winter guard circuits in Ohio, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
