To All Winter Guard Parents:

 

There will be a MANDATORY parents meeting on Wednesday, January 6th at 5:30pm for all Wakefield High School Winter Guard Parents and one on Thursday, January 7 at 5:30pm for all Wakefield Middle School Winter Guard Parents .   This meeting will take place in the commons area and will occur between rehearsals for WHS on the 6 th and immediately after rehearsal for WMS on the 7 th .   The purpose of this meeting is to make sure all of our parents understand the Winter Guard activity as well as their role in this year’s Wakefield groups.   We will let you know all of the many ways in which we will need you to get involved in order that your students be as successful as possible.   All students participating in the 2009-2010 Wakefield Winter Guard Program must have at least one parent or guardian present.   The meeting should only last 30-45 minutes.   In order to best facilitate this, please be sure that you are on time.   Please let me know if you have any questions.
