Attached is our schedule for the Concert Band and Wind Ensemble performances at Band Music Performance Adjudication (MPA) on Wednesday, March 24. The performances take place at Holly Springs HS. We will need parent volunteers to assist for each trip. It will be very important that Concert Band families have made arrangements for their students to have a ride home at 2:30 when they arrive back to WHS. Because it is a Wednesday, normal school busses will have already left.
Your students have been given a WCPSS field trip form. It is due back signed by Friday (March 12). Our Pre-MPA concert is Tuesday night at 7:00pm. Call time for both ensembles is 6:15pm. We encourage your attendance and support both at the Pre-MPA concert at WHS and at the MPA performance at Holly Springs HS. All are free and open to the public.
