Who is The Produce Box?
The Produce Box is a community of farm families, growing fresh, local and delicious fruits and veggies. We’re a community of women (and a few men) and their families who coordinate getting that produce to you as quickly as possible. And of course, there’ are the families we serve: committed to doing what they can to support local growers and producers, knowing that ultimately, the responsibility for preserving our local farms and the environment around us lies with us all. Becoming a member of The Produce Box doesn’t just mean you’re a customer buying produce from a delivery company. You’re “connected to” and “a part of” a community of families that want to change our local food systems and our local economy for the better.

What kind of produce will be available in The Produce Box?
The box offerings will depend on when you hold your fund raiser. Our produce is always what is currently being harvested from the NC farms. ***

• Ears of Corn
• Cucumbers
• Peaches
• Zucchini/Yellow squash mix
• Watermelon

***Please note: Buying local means we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. Depending on the weather contents may change based on crop availability.
