Parents & Guardians,
 
This week we kicked off our Riversweet Citrus Fruit Sale with our band and color guard students.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  The sale will run from now until November 1, 2011.  Here are some important points of the sale:

• The Sale runs from October 10th-November 1st
• All orders are prepaid
• Checks should be written out to WHSBB (Wakefield High School Band Boosters)
• Student's name should be on all order forms
• Fruit will be delivered the week of December 5th. (an exact delivery date will be emailed the week prior to delivery)
• All fruit orders need to be picked up on the day of delivery
• All money and orders are due on November 11th
• Student's names should be written on the memo line of any checks they turn in with their orders
• Volunteers will be needed on the day of delivery to help unload, sort and hand out fruit
• This is a great way to earn money for your child's fairshare
• Money earned this year can be applied to this spring's or next fall's fairshare
