Volunteer Team Leaders
Thank you to all of our volunteers! We have a great turnout for the new season. There are a few positions in the band that we have openings for. Fundraising
Throughout the year, many fundraising opportunities are made available to the students. For each fundraising opportunity, we need volunteers to work with Gail Penwell, Vice President of Ways and Means to hand out forms, collect orders, distrubute products and prepare spreadsheets for the treasurer. If this is an area you would be interested in becoming involved in, please contact Gail Penwell.
Technician
The band is currently looking for a technician. We are in need of an electronically minded volunteer who is willing to handle all of our sound and taping needs. For more information, please contact Deborah Blaylock, Volunteer Coordinator.
Band Photographer
A volunteer who is great with a camera is perfect for this job! Take band photos at band camp and on the road with us at competitions. Our webmaster will post photos.
Website Administrator
Yes,even the website can use another set of eyes and fingers. Work as an assistant to the primary administrator and learn the basics on how the website works and the information that is continually updated. Ideally, this person would be a first year parent with the intention to remain in the program for a full four years. Contact Kevin Blackwood for more information.
