2010 - 2011 Parting Thoughts
Adam Bauer –
Lindsey Blackwood –The “D” in Diva doesn’t mean dumb. : )
Gabrielle Brautman –There are two primary choices in life: To accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibilities for changing them. Right now, you are one choice away from a new beginning.
Marline Brown- Attempt every opportunity that passes your direction because you never know what may be behind closed doors.
Jenice Busch – I have enjoyed the years spent in this band program, it has taught me a lot. I’ve gained new friends and relationships that will last a lifetime. I have mixed emotions about parting from the Wakefield High School band program, because I have had such a great experience and enjoyed my life here. I look forward to a new chapter in my life, but will always remember Wakefield High School Band.
Diego Castro – “All that you are is a result of what you have thought.”

Brittany Fuller – Throughout these four years in the band program, I’ve met a lot of great people, who I can call my friends. I’ve had a lot of great opportunities given to me and that’s something I’ll never forget.
Tyler Gladden -
Crystal Hart-Williams – The past is unchangeable so chose not to dwell in it. Strive for a better tomorrow, and always remember to smile. : )
Kyla Hartsfield– Cherish your years in the Wakefield Band because if I could I would repeat my band experience all over again.
Grayson Hicks – *Bass drum beat* I-am-Gray-son-and-horseys-are fun.
Erick Lanier–Wakefield HS band program has offered me the opportunity to meet new people and explore new possibilities. I will carry these memories into college.
Mariclaire Leach – It’s been a crazy time, thanks for the memories. Good luck next year!

Amanda Penwell –“I’ve written a brand new page, it’s easier when you know you’re going the right way” Don’t jump the Shark before you save the Whale by Broadway. Thanks Band it’s been fun. (It was a throwback to My Manuscript) : )

Carlos Robinson – I have enjoyed my time participating in Wakefield High School Band. I’ve been able to meet best friends, travel, and push myself in learning new concepts. It’s been a long but full four years.
