Wakefield Maroon Guard - The Wakefield Maroon Winter Guard will be performing a show titled “Ribbon of Life” and featuring music from the soundtrack to the motion picture “The Piano”. Utilizing journal entries from actual survivors, this program touches the emotions from shock and fear to hope and life of a survivor of breast cancer. It is intended to celebrate the lives of those survivors and to educate in a hope that a cure will be found. Throughout the season the Wakefield Guard will be accepting donations that will be submitted toward Cancer Research.

Wakefield Silver Guard - The Wakefield Silver Winter Guard will be performing a show titled “Rhapsody of Color” and featuring “Rhapsody in Blue” by George Gershwin. The show will be designed in a manner to help these beginner students to progress and become more familiar with this activity. Using colors from a basic box crayons, this show will brilliant to the eye and exciting to the audience.
