Wakefield Maroon Guard - The Wakefield Maroon Winter Guard will be performing a show titled "Memories of a Princess" and featuring music from a variety of sources including Elton John's reworking of "Candle in the Wind". We will attempt to tell the story of Princess Diana and honor the memory and effect she left on all of mankind as she truly was the "people's princess".

Wakefield Silver Guard - The Wakefield Silver Winter Guard will be performing a show titled "Land of Make Believe" and featuring music by the same title. The show will be designed in a manner to help these beginner and younger students to progress and become more familiar with this activity. Using a beautifully designed floor and exquisite costuming the program is designed to allow the performers to begin demonstrating different emotions while connecting with the audience through dance and spinning.

Wakefield Middle School Guard - The Wakefield Middle School Winter Guard will be performing a show titled "Santiago" and featuring music by the same title. The purpose of this ensemble will be to teach fundamental skills of spinning and dance to this group of beginners and to emphasize the fun that can be gained from the activity.

Wakefield Independent Winter Guard – In its first season of performance, the Wakefield Independent Winter Guard will perform a program entitled “Mother” in which we will honor mothers everywhere. In the end each performer gets to recognize their own mother through saying their name on the soundtrack. The purpose of this ensemble is to provide a place for Wakefield alumni and other local high school alumni a place to continue performing.
